Refund Policy

30-day refund window

You may request a full refund of any charge within 30 calendar days of that charge, for any reason. We will refund the charge in full to the original payment method and, if you wish, cancel the subscription at the same time.

How to claim a refund

The fastest way is in-app: log in, go to Settings, and click Claim refund. You can also email hello@tradeloper.com from the address on your account. Refunds typically reach your bank within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we automatically retry. If the retries fail, your account becomes inactive and no charge stands — no refund is needed.

Billing errors and disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error at any time, email hello@tradeloper.com and we will investigate promptly and refund any incorrect charge in full.

Statutory rights

Buyers in certain jurisdictions (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, South Korea, Brazil, Canada, Singapore, and others) have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights under their local consumer-protection law. Where those statutory rights provide stronger protection than the policy above, the statutory rights apply.

Seller of record

Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the Merchant of Record for all Tradeloper purchases. This means Paddle, not Tradeloper, is the legal seller of the subscription on your bank statement (the descriptor typically reads "PADDLE.NET*TRADELOPER" or similar). Paddle handles billing, tax collection, fraud screening, and dispute resolution on our behalf. Charges are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

EU / UK consumer withdrawal right (14 days)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK regulations. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the first charge for any reason and receive a full refund. The 14-day right is independent of, and in addition to, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee above. To exercise this right, email hello@tradeloper.com or contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.

Note: by starting to use Tradeloper to send live SMS or generate AI posts during the 14-day period you may, depending on your jurisdiction, be deemed to have requested immediate performance of the service and consequently waived the 14-day right for the portion of the service already supplied. We will always honour the longer of (a) the 14-day withdrawal right and (b) our own 30-day money-back guarantee.

Tax and currency

Paddle collects and remits applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or other transaction taxes based on your billing country. Refunds include any tax originally charged and are returned in the original payment currency. Currency conversion on the buyer's side, if any, is handled by your card issuer.

Payment processing

All charges are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (registered in England & Wales, no. 08172165, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
