Tips for using these templates

Ask every customer. Consistency beats cherry-picking. Google rewards a steady stream of recent reviews over sporadic bursts.
Personalize the first name. Templates with a name get meaningfully more responses than mass blasts.
Send within 24 hours. The job is fresh in their mind and they are most likely to act.
Never offer incentives. Gift cards, discounts, or rewards in exchange for reviews violate Google policy and can get your profile penalized.
Never filter by satisfaction. Only asking happy customers is a dark pattern and also violates Google policy. Ask everyone.
