Tips for using these templates
- Ask every customer. Consistency beats cherry-picking. Google rewards a steady stream of recent reviews over sporadic bursts.
- Personalize the first name. Templates with a name get meaningfully more responses than mass blasts.
- Send within 24 hours. The job is fresh in their mind and they are most likely to act.
- Never offer incentives. Gift cards, discounts, or rewards in exchange for reviews violate Google policy and can get your profile penalized.
- Never filter by satisfaction. Only asking happy customers is a dark pattern and also violates Google policy. Ask everyone.
