Get more Google reviews. Win more electrical jobs. Built for electricians.
See exactly where you rank for “electrician near me” across your whole town — then climb to the top of Google with more 5-star reviews, a complete profile, and proof of your work. Set up in 5 minutes, all from your phone.
When someone searches “electrician near me”, Google shows three businesses — and they get the calls. Everyone else is invisible.
🛻
The electrical business down the road shows up in Google’s top 3 for every local search, so customers call them first. The difference? 80 reviews and a complete profile — you have 12. You never even know you lost the job.
📱
You mean to ask for a review after every job. But the moment passes, you’re onto the next call, and it never gets done.
⏰
You know you should be on social media. But between jobs, invoices, and the family — when? It just doesn’t happen.
💳
You’ve paid $79/mo for a marketing tool that did nothing — and the contract auto-renewed before you could cancel. You’re done with that.
🚫
You’re renting leads from Angi or Thumbtack — and the day you stop paying, they stop coming. The reviews and Google profile you build with Tradeloper are yours to keep.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself
Add the customer when the job is done.
Tradeloper emails them your Google review link.
You see the review count move, and hear about a bad one before your customers do.
Say your average job is $150. Tradeloper Starter: $19/month. Win one extra customer off the stronger review count and you’ve covered eight months of Starter. (Rank tracking and the heatmap are Pro, $49/month.) We’re too early to publish an average time-to-first-review we could stand behind — see the real numbers we do have.
Tradeloper is early. We are not going to quote you an average result we cannot stand behind, or testimonials you have no way to check. What we will tell you is exactly what it does today: it emails your customers a review request after each job, tracks your Google review count daily, and tells you when a bad review lands.
If that does not earn its keep, the money-back guarantee is there for precisely that reason.

✨ What makes us different: a full local rank heatmap across your whole service area at one flat price — no per-scan credits. Your best reviews turned into ready-to-post Facebook & Instagram captions, not just Google. And it’s built trade-first — mobile, one-tap, no marketing manager required.
💡 Why the gap? Most other review apps price for teams and pass an agency-style markup on to you. Tradeloper is built lean for the one-van operator and sold direct — so the same work costs a fraction of theirs: Review collection starts at $19/month; the get-found toolkit — local rank tracking, profile scores, job pins, AI posts and the reviews widget — is Pro at $49/month.
Competitor pricing based on publicly listed plans, verified August 2026 (a few not re-verified since June — each comparison page lists its own as-of date and source) and may vary. Feature comparisons reflect core review-collection and social-posting functionality.

Why it matters
Why Google reviews decide which electricians get the call.
Letting a stranger touch your home's wiring takes trust, so homeowners vet electricians by their Google reviews before they ever pick up the phone. The electrician with 90 recent 5-star reviews gets the benefit of the doubt; the one with a dozen gets passed over. Tradeloper earns you those reviews automatically after every job, and on Pro it shows you where you rank for electrician searches across the area you serve.
The numbers behind local rank
Reviews are roughly 16–20% of Google map-pack ranking, and Google now weights recent reviews over older ones.
A complete, active Google Business Profile is about a third of local ranking — category, completeness, and posting activity.

Trust is the whole sale - reviews are how you prove it before the first call.
A homeowner deciding who rewires their house picks the electrician with the deepest, most recent review history. The same is true for the property managers and GCs who hand out repeat work.
Your highest-value jobs make your best reviews - do not let them slip.
Panel upgrades, EV chargers and whole-home rewires leave customers thrilled. Tradeloper captures the review while they are still admiring the work, instead of weeks later when the moment has passed.
Permits and inspections slow you down - getting reviews should not.
Add the customer once and Tradeloper handles the timing and the polite follow-up, so your reputation keeps growing while you are on the next job.

How to
How to get Google reviews for an electrical business
The hard part is not the asking, it is the timing and who you ask. Electrical work has a few quirks that quietly cost electricians reviews they had already earned.
Ask when the work is visible
A panel upgrade, an EV charger, new lighting — there is a moment where the customer can see what they paid for. A fault-find has no such moment, so say plainly what was wrong and what you did before you ask.
Ask the person who was actually there
On rental and managed property the booking comes from a landlord or agent who never met you, while the tenant watched you work. A review from someone who was not present is thin, and usually never gets written at all.
On commercial jobs, ask the site contact, not accounts
Accounts pays the invoice and has no opinion about your work. The site manager or facilities lead is the one who can describe what you actually did.
Send the link rather than saying “look us up”
Searching your business name on a phone can surface a competitor’s ad above your profile. A direct link removes that step and that risk.
Never offer anything in exchange
Discounts, giveaway entries, money off the next service call — all against Google’s policy, and incentivized reviews are one of the faster ways to have reviews stripped from a profile.
Panels last 25–40 years. 100-amp service was standard from the 1960s to the 1980s and is marginal for a modern house; 200-amp is today’s baseline, and the upgrade typically runs $1,500–$4,000. A fuse box means the panel predates all of it.

Tradeloper automates the part that gets forgotten: it emails the request after the job with your review link already in it, and tells you when your review count moves.

Watch out
Solar energy company is a different business, not a bolt-on. Add it only if solar is something you actually quote.
Yes, especially for visible upgrades like panels, EV chargers and lighting. Asking within a day of finishing is what turns a happy customer into a written review, and Tradeloper does that automatically.
It moves the two factors you control - review volume and recency - on any plan. Pro adds a Google Business Profile score and map-pack rank tracking so you can watch it improve.
Yes. Your GC and property-manager contacts can leave reviews too, and a strong profile wins the residential side-work that fills gaps. Use the Notes field to keep commercial and residential customers straight.
Add the customer when the work is signed off and the request goes out then, while the finished result is fresh in their mind.
Yes, as long as you ask everyone rather than only the happy ones - Google and the FTC both require that. Tradeloper asks every customer you add, so you stay compliant by default.
Yes — signing up is free and we don’t ask for a card. You get a 14-day free trial: add customers and send real Google review requests right away, so you can watch it actually work before you pay. Rank tracking and AI are capped during the trial — the geo-grid heatmap runs on a sample map instead of your own scan, you get one tracked keyword and one manual rank check, and 3 AI generations in total across posts, photo captions and review replies — and they live on Pro once the trial ends, not on Starter. When the trial ends, pick a plan ($19/month Starter for review collection, or $49/month Pro to keep rank tracking, AI posts and replies) to keep sending — and every paid plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel from Settings whenever you like: pick a reason, confirm, done.
That depends on how many jobs you finish, because every completed job is one review request — your job volume sets the pace, not us. We would rather be straight with you than quote an average: Tradeloper is new, and our members are still too few to draw one from honestly — we publish their actual, live review numbers on our results page instead of advertising a figure we cannot stand behind. What we can promise is the mechanism — ask every customer right after the job, follow up once if they don’t act, and watch your review count daily so you can tell inside a couple of weeks whether it is working for you.
No. Email review requests are included in your subscription — no per-message fees, no surprise overages, no matter how many customers you add.
Most aren’t. The request is short, friendly, uses your business name, and reads like it came from you — not a marketing blast. It’s a single polite ask with a one-tap link and an easy opt-out. If you’ve already done good work, customers are usually happy to help.
The email review request arrives in their inbox with a one-tap link — many older customers tap it from a laptop at home. A polite follow-up goes out a few days later if they haven’t left a review yet. If a customer has no email, just ask them in person on your next visit.
Add them whenever you remember. The customer never knows when you set up the request — they just get a review request from you. Whether you add them 10 minutes after the job or 3 days later, it sends as soon as you tap Send. Most owners batch the day’s customers in the evening over a coffee.
Yes. As long as you have the customer’s name and email address and they’ve agreed to be contacted, you can add them. A mobile number is optional today — text requests are coming soon. Plenty of Tradeloper users run mixed residential/commercial books. Use the Notes field on each customer to track which side they’re on if it matters for your workflow.
Asking right after a job well done — when the customer is happiest — is the single biggest lever on review quality, and it is what Tradeloper automates. You can also pause review requests for any individual customer in one tap from your customer list. We never filter who gets asked (that’s illegal under the FTC’s Consumer Review Rule), but timing matters enormously.
